Fuel Economy - What do you get out of a tank? (3rd gens only)

I get about 570-600km to a tank at the moment (50/50 Suburban & Semi-congested Motorway). I sheared an ISC bolt after cleaning the TB and ISC, so subsequently its running a bit rich and surging slightly. Its currently secured with one bolt and Loctite non-hardening sealant until I get it fixed. Prior to that, I was getting about 600-620km from a tank.

Updating my post from March, I have seen an improvement in economy (after replacing the TB), by the readout on the trip computer I get about 9.8-10.2L/100km, or approximately 670km to a tank on 50/50 suburban/free-flowing motorway with little in the way of spirited driving. All filters, plugs, leads, etc. replaced in last 12 months, and a 2.5" cat back sports exhaust fitted, and filled mostly with 91 (maybe every 3rd or 4th tank with 98)
